IPSA's services are categorized by service schedule, service type, and media type. The combined categories define your destruction program.
Service Schedule
Ongoing service: IPSA provides containers for your employees to conveniently secure information until IPSA technicians destroy them at scheduled intervals. Schedules are designed to minimize your spend and maximize convenience.
One-time purge: IPSA destroys your bulk information at a single scheduled time. (i.e. storage area of boxed documents)
Scheduled purge: Much like a one-time purge, but IPSA provides secure containers for the customer to fill. IPSA returns at a scheduled time to pickup and destroy the containers' contents. (i.e. file drawer clean outs)
Service Type
Onsite service: IPSA performs services at the customer location with a mobile shredding truck.
Offsite service: IPSA picks up documents at the customer location and they are destroyed at a secure shredding facility.
Media Type
Paper Media: Paper documents are the most commonly destroyed media, including individual paper sheets, books, file folders, and bindings.
Other Media: Varies from electronic forms to clothing to plastic and beyond. If it's not hazardous waste, IPSA destroys it. And, whenever possible, we recycle it too.
